Hi there. My name is Marty, and I am originally from Richmond, Indiana. I recently moved to the Midland area where I am buying a local business. I am a member of The SCA, a sometime writer of poetry and short fiction, and have been involved with the paranormal in one form or another all my life.
I am co-founder of Richmond Investigators of the Paranormal (RIP) as well as a past member of The Dayton Ghost Hunters Society (DGHS).
I am what you might call a "Doubting Believer". Being born and raised in a haunted household (The seance that my parents had done has some VERY interesting stories!) and witnessing the happenings there, I have no choice but to believe, and yet My personal experiences with investigations have given some VERY unusual and unexplainable, yet totally inconclusive results, but I am constantly on the lookout for truly solid evidence of what is really out there.
Hope to meet everyone soon, and possibly join you for an investigation.

Welcome Martin, Glad to have you as a member. It sounds like you have some good experience, which is always helpful.
Did you know TAPS used to be called RIPS, it was Jasons first paranormal team. Just a bit of trivia,,,lol.
